Absurdity in Action

I sure hope this person never reads this, but if she does...it's more to point out the absurdity of the situation than to make an enemy.

So a girl that I went out with in high school had been saying over Facebook that she had been in the Jerry Springer Show's audience. Well, it was on just recently. I have never been happier to watch a whole program in my life. To summarize the episode: the headline title was "My sister is sleeping with my father."

Now that you have a preface, let's discuss the situation. So I am sitting in my room at 11 am, just watching Springer so that I could maybe see if she was visible in the audience. She was in the first thirty seconds when Jerry shook her hand along with some others in her row. But the true subject matter of this post is that of what happened at the end of the show. You know the part I'm discussing if you have ever watched an episode: the audience members insult ask questions to the incestuous psychopaths and transgenders guests. That part is always the best, and after a few questions, I see the girl I know's face pop up on the screen and ask a question. The audience makes their usual O0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0 sound, and then the girl flashes. I know, right?

Normally, I would have just let it go, but that fucking rules. I nearly pissed myself, and choked on the juice that I was drinking at the time. But the part that follows is why I bothered to make this a blog post.

In all seriousness, if I had done something that badass on television, I probably would have made it my status' subject. However, the second comment on there is from a troubling source. I'll give you some options here, try and guess which one.

A) Her Mother

B) Her Uncle

C) Her Boyfriend

D) Her Grandmother

E) Her Father
